Breon Michel combines a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania with nearly a decade of experience as a professional coach and educator. One of the few coaches in the world chosen for this unique degree, she incorporates the latest research on resiliency, optimism, and character strengths into a highly affirming, goal-oriented coaching relationship.
Breon has an extensive background in designing and delivering behavioral health programs for corporations, schools, and communities. Drawing on this experience, she facilitates dynamic workshops for groups of people on a number of physical and psychological health topics. Her approach elicits the best in others, and in turn, helps people maximize success in all areas of their lives.
As a Penn Resilience Program facilitator, Breon collaborates with world-renowned positive psychology experts, Drs. Martin Seligman and Karen Reivich, to deliver international teacher training programs on resilience and well-being.
